Terms for packages
Last updated: October 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to the packages offered on this website (hour packages, fixed-price services and retainers) for business customers. Individual offers and written agreements take precedence.
2. Contract
A request via the website is non-binding. A contract is concluded with the written confirmation (e-mail) of the offer. The contracting party is Jakub Zajíc or the staffing or payrolling partner named in the offer.
3. Services
- Services are provided remotely unless agreed otherwise.
- Time is recorded in 15-minute increments; you receive a monthly activity report.
- You provide the necessary access, information and a contact person.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). No VAT is charged (not VAT-registered). Packages are invoiced in advance with a Swiss QR-bill, payable within 10 days; work starts after payment. Projects are invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within 30 days.
5. Validity of hour packages
Hours are valid from the invoice date (Expert Hours S: 6 months; Expert Hours M: 9 months; Expert Hours L: 12 months). Unused hours expire; on request the validity can be extended once by 3 months.
6. On-site work
On-site hours carry a surcharge of 10%. An on-site day comprises 8 working hours; breaks are not working time. Travel: zone A — Included; zone B — Train time counts as working time; no travel expenses; zone C — Train time counts as working time; hotel and trips abroad at cost. Train time is billed like remote work, without surcharge; if the full 8 working hours are spent on-site, the train time is added. When paid from an hour package, on-site hours are deducted ×1.1 and train time 1:1.
7. Confidentiality and data
Both parties keep confidential information confidential. Client data is processed only as needed for the agreed work and never entered into public AI services without written approval.
8. Rights to results
Rights to work results pass to the customer upon full payment.
9. Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned. This does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bern.
